Alex Pucci anuncia dois singles, "Always Late" e "Catharine", e segue representando o novo rock baiano

"Always Late" e “Catharine” tem como ponto de interseção o lado confessional de Alex Pucci, se por um lado ele expõe uma dificuldade, por outro ele exalta a amizade. Toda a sinceridade das letras podem ser sentidas nas roupagens sonoras do rock and roll e folk. As gravações contam com a produção de Luiz Müllem e estão disponíveis em todas as plataformas de música. O novo trabalho faz parte do repertório do próximo álbum que o artista pretende lançar ainda esse ano. O lançamento é pelo selo Caravela Records.

“Always Late” serve como uma terapia por conta dos constantes atrasos de Pucci. Um detalhe interessante é que a própria sonoridade da música brinca com isso ao se acelerar no refrão. “Eu compus a canção porque eu constantemente me atrasava para compromissos. Um dia minha namorada brigou feio comigo pois eu me atrasa demais. Depois que nós nos resolvemos, eu escrevi essa música para tirar do peito essa questão, como uma terapia sabe?” Conta o autor.

“Catharine” segue uma outra linha a da homenagem, foi escrita para a sua amiga Cat. “Ela sempre me apoiou em tudo e ela é minha fã número 1. Sempre me ajudou com a carreira também, dando ideias e opiniões. Amo muito ela! No dia que pensei em compor a música ela estava triste porque iria passar um tempo na sua cidade natal, sendo que ela odeia ir para lá. Fiz a canção para animá-la enquanto arrumava as malas para pegar o ônibus, foi um momento bem legal”, relembra Pucci
